I tested JimatFuel during my regular drive from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur using an older Toyota Camry. Before using JimatFuel, the fuel consumption averaged around 11.48km per litre. After using JimatFuel and monitoring the same driving route, the results were very interesting, the fuel efficiency increased to approximately 16.24km per litre. Based on the same travel distance of 287km, the recorded fuel saving was approximately 29.65%.
After implementing JimatFuel across our fleet of approximately 10 school buses, we observed a noticeable reduction in fuel consumption while maintaining the same routes, operating hours, and daily activities. Under consistent operating conditions, the buses achieved an estimated 10% to 20% fuel savings without affecting performance or operations.
Using the same fuel value of RM25.125, my Toyota Vios increased from 11.48km/L to 16.24km/L after using JimatFuel. For the same travel distance, the calculated fuel saving was approximately 29.65%, with an additional 4.76km travelled per litre of fuel.
